A big thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Maltman who came and showed us a Scottish dance. We loved dancing and we really enjoyed eating Scottish tablet! Yum yum! Now that it's getting close to the Easter holiday, we would like to give our families an opportunity to come and share a story about how you and your family celebrate this holiday. For example, some children have told us that they spend meaningful time with their family, especially with their grandparents, during this time and for these children, they might want to ask their grandparents to come to school one day and read us a story if possible. Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you.
We are a class of year 2 students who are based in Auckland, New Zealand. We love learning, creating and sharing on our class blog. Please take a look around our blog and leave us a positive comment. We look forward to hearing from you!

True Colours Costume
Dear parents/caregivers,
During this term Room
22 has been learning a dance as part of our Dance Plan about colours. We
have been practising with Room 15
for a performance of True Colours on Wednesday 16th, next week.
We have asked the children to bring a t-shirt of a specific
colour to enhance our dance and we would like them to bring them either by the
end of this week or next week, on Monday.Dance leaders are allowed to wear a dress.
Thank you.
